Running Summary February 2024
I ran well in February 2024, increasing my long run to five miles.
In late December 2023, I started over from scratch, essentially using the Couch to 5k plan, and I restarted again on February 2. It took me eight weeks to reach the 5k distance, after which I increased my long run to five miles.
These were the miles I logged from December 25, 2023, through February 29, 2024.
