Running Summary July 2025

I took most of July off from running to rest my left knee.


My left knee has been bothering me, with lingering soreness for a day or two after a run. After running three times in the first week of July, I took the rest of the month off. My knee is much better, with no pain while walking or bicycling. My ankles also feel much better after the break. I plan to start running again in August.
