Running Summary September 2022

In September 2022, my running was interrupted for ten days because of a sore right foot.


I spent much of September 2022 in Oregon, where I love to run. I took a break from running for ten days because of a sore right foot from too much pounding. I was preparing to run the Portland Half Marathon, but my longest runs were only four miles long.
