Running Summary December 2022

I ran only four times in December 2022, but I completed a long run of eleven miles as I tried to maintain my fitness for the Fred Lebow Half Marathon in January. During this time, I was walking more than seven miles per day commuting to and from my freelancing job near Fenway Park in Boston.
