Running Summary January 2024

After not running for six months in 2023, I began running again the last week of December. I did a little more running the first two weeks of January and then stopped again because of snow and ice and because of the need to prioritize walking the dogs we adopted on January 4.

These are my daily miles since I resumed running on December 25, 2023.
