Running Summary June 2023

I stopped running in mid-June because of pain in my left knee.


In early June I ran 30 miles in a single week with a 15-mile long run. A week and a half later I began experiencing pain in my left knee while running, walking, and climbing stairs. I stopped running for the rest of the month to allow healing; I also started my knee strengthening exercises again.

My hope is that this is a temporary condition and that I will be able to run again soon.
