I walked and bicycled in Shawme-Crowell State Forest before driving home, making a stop on the way at Myles Standish State Forest.

Today I drove to Gray’s each, the Edward Gorey House, and Titcomb’s Bookshop. In the afternoon I walked to the Sandwich Glass Museum, and I stretched my legs on the bike.

I rode 35 miles total from Shawme-Crowell State Forest to the north trailhead of the Shining Sea Bikeway and back. I walked 5.6 miles in the afternoon.

I spent four hours at Heritage Museums & Gardens. Later in the afternoon I explored Sandwich and the Cape Cod Canal Trail on my bicycle.

I drove from Somerville to the Shawme-Crowell State Forest Campground in Sandwich, Massachusetts, where I began five days of camping, bicycling, hiking, and sight-seeing.

We reviewed the pieces I've been practicing. Ana taught me how to introduce variation into a piece I'm working on.

I attended opening night of the 2026–2027 season of the Boston Symphony Orchestra featuring Yo-Yo Ma playing Elgar's Cello Concerto.

I went to a show by violinist Edwin Huizinga and guitarist William Coulter at Luthier Collective.

I played arpeggios and scales in D, G, and C major. We reviewed three pieces I had been practicing, and Ana introduced me to two new pieces.

I bought an expensive but high quality music stand light.
