I hiked in the park, I rode to the Little Capistrano Bike Shop to have my bike's brake pads replaced, and I explored Cape Cod from Eastham north to Wellfleet.

I rode twenty miles today and hiked another nine.

I rode 31 miles in the rain from North of Highland Camping Area to Nickerson State Park.

I did not ride today, but I walked to Truro Vineyards for lunch.

I visited Highland Light and explored roads in the vicinity.

I rode the Provinceland bike trails north of Provincetown.

I travelled from Somerville to the North of Highland Camping Area on Cape Cod, with about twelve miles of bicycle riding and fifty-four miles on the Provincetown Fast Ferry.

I did not run much in August, but I am injury-free.
