In March 2022 I began running again.

I found out that setting up a simple WordPress site was complicated.

I did not run much in 2021, but I finished three races.

I had a good run on the Minuteman Bikeway and another around Oswego Lake.

I enjoyed some good runs in Oregon and finished one race in November 2021.

I finished two races this month.

I started running again after a 15-week break.

I did not run in August 2021 because of a stress fracture of my pelvis, which is slowly healing.
