These are my notes about the science fiction novel “Hyperion” by Dan Simmons.

My running went well in 2025.

In December I ran two 5k races and took the rest of the month off.

I am teaching myself guitar from “Mel Bay Modern Guitar Method Complete Edition.”

I am merging the contents of my sphaerula.com website into this website.

In November I maintained my fitness and ran a four-mile race.

In October I limited my running to every other day at most, and I increased my long run to five miles.
